New corporate law: A to do check list

New Italian corporate rules became effective on 1 January 2004. Italian law firm Portolano Colella Cavallo Prosperetti provides a step-by-step guide to meeting the compliance deadline of 30 September this year.

The new rules cover a broad spectrum of corporate law including shareholders’ agreements, the duties and liabilities of directors and accounting practices.
