The strong economic credentials of India's new prime minister, Manmohan Singh, have only partially eased concerns among foreign investors, according to the Asia Private Equity Review. The new government has yet to clearly articulate its economic agenda to the satisfaction of some global investors, including international private equity firms looking to move into the region.
