In October, 2004, the Development Fund of Taiwan's Executive Yuan invested for the first time in an Israeli venture capital fund. Limited Partner Dr. James Ho, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Development Fund, describes the activities of the Development Fund and discusses prospects for additional investments in Israel and elsewhere.
