 This report from Mekong Capital covers the obstacles that face private companies in Vietnam, as well as general partners backing private companies in Vietnam.
The issues raised in the Obstacle Status Report are largely based on the following key principles. Overall we believe that the situation with respect to these principles is consistently improving in Vietnam, but nonetheless there are a number of outstanding obstacles which have yet to be resolved.
