Epizoda, a young start-up in mobile broadcasting, has taken the bold move to locate its offshore development center in the Ukraine – at least until its A round closing. In this IVCJ article, company executives Meidad Ben- Yochanan and Avi Levi, explain this choice after comparing alternatives in India and Asia. Creating and building a new technological start-up is a very demanding mission. In fact, this task is basically an aggregation of many small, medium and large challenges: clearly defining the market in which you are about to operate, determining the optimal marketing solution, recruiting the best team, and so on. However, by far the most challenging mission of an entrepreneur is to reach all of the above goals within a limited and day-to-day decreasing budget – regardless of whether you
are being self-funded or have raised money from investors.
