Will I be charged VAT tax on my order? What are your main terms of sale? 1. How long does it take printed research material to be sent out to me? Delivery by standard Royal Mail first class post is included free in the prices shown on the web site and the downloadable order form. We aim to dispatch all orders to you within 5 working days of your payment being received and successfully cleared. This means reports will normally arrive with you no later than seven days after your payment has been received and cleared. We can also arrange overnight courier delivery for fast dispatch from our UK offices. The courier delivery charge will be added onto your order at cost, and will vary depending on your location. If your firm has its own account with a courier, you can also have your order collected by your courier service by prior arrangement with AltAssets. Back to Top 2. For research reports in digital format UK: VAT of 17.5% will be added to the price of your order. Digital-format research may not be copied, e-mailed to others or made available on networks, intranets, extranets or web sites. Printouts may be made for the personal use of the purchaser only.
