This annual conference brings together a mix of private equity players - fund managers, institutional investors, financial institutions and others who are active in the global private equity industry in emerging markets. The goal is to present key trends and provide a forum to discuss issues relevant to the industry. Last year, the Ninth Annual Global Private Equity Conference drew over 600 participants and featured keynote speeches by leading industry professionals. Panel discussions covered topics such as the Globalization of Venture Capital; the State of Energy and Infrastructure in Emerging Markets; breakout sessions focused on emerging regions such as Latin America and Africa, topics such as frontier markets, real estate and distressed situations; and many others.
