Journalist, private equity professional services

AltAssets is seeking a journalist to produce content for their very successful customer-facing web site - working in-house with the firm's award-winning editorial team to achieve this.
This journalist needs to have a proven track record in journalism, and although private equity and venture capital experience isn't a prerequisite, as training in this area will be given, the ideal candidate will have worked on a B2B magazine, newspaper, trade journal, content-based website, research service or newswire.
This is an extremely varied role and responsibilities will be divided between hands-on writing and editing news stories, creating weekly e-newsletters, copy-editing, commissioning features and helping with interviews.
You will need to demonstrate first-rate writing skills, excellent spelling and grammar, and meticulous attention to detail. Any experience using web site content management systems at the journalist-level, and lack of 'tech-fear' in this area, will help tip the job towards the winning candidate.
