We are working with three portfolio companies backed by a leading global life sciences, biotech and nutrition Venture Capital fund who are seeking CEOs to help the businesses grow and create substantial value for the shareholders and management team. The companies are seeking professionals with strong track records in these industries and a good understanding of the challenges such young businesses face. The successful candidates will be able to identify and evaluate markets, focus sales and business development efforts, and manage the company’s operations, including supply chain. They should also have excellent people management skills and the ability to mentor and develop talent within the organisation. Fluent German is required for two of the three positions. Prior experience in a venture-backed company is desirable but not required.
