This active investor has demonstrated success at investing in UK lower mid market businesses – investing up to £10m of equity capital into a range of buy out, buy and build and growth situations. This is a growing team and the role is an opportunity to come in at ground level to this successful investment group. With strong entrepreneurial partners it adds real value post investment and you would play a significant role both during the acquisition process and post investment.
Candidates should have the following skills and experience.
- ACA qualified
- Lead advisory experience gained in the UK lower mid market
- Exposure to at least four completed UK small – mid market transactions and ideally many more
- Real empathy with entrepreneurial owner managers
- Adaptable – able to work with both investors and management to create real value
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
