The best-qualified candidates will fulfil the following criteria:
- Strong record of academic achievement at the undergraduate and graduate level and will have demonstrated excellence in their previous professional career positions. In addition, they will have a track record of leadership and assertiveness
- Post-MBA experience from within private equity, investment banking or management consultancy
- Strong quantitative and sales skills are essential for this role.
- Fluency in English and native level French language skills
- Outgoing personality and strong sales and communication skills. The VP will have a client facing role and will need to be a confident and credible communicator.
- Motivated, self-starting characteristics - individuals must prove their tenacity and drive. They will be able to maintain a high level of motivation even in challenging situations.
