This major European buy-out group with c£5bn under management requires an additional investment executive to join its London team with an accounting background and experience gained in MBO advisory or transaction services / due diligence. This is a flat structure and the analyst will get exposure to all aspects of the investment process, supporting the principals in the analysis and evaluation of potential investments. This will include thorough financial analysis, market due diligence and investment execution. In addition, the analyst will be involved in monitoring and reporting on investee businesses. To be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills and experience.
- A first class or upper second degree from a leading university or international equivalent
- Ideally ACA or international equivalent
- Have worked on at least three completed buy out transactions in an mbo advisory or transaction services environment.
- Top-ranking with respect to peers
- Strong written and oral communication skills - we will use your CV to help assess your ability to present material clearly and concisely
- High level of maturity and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
