PER is working with a global provider of investment and advisory services across a range of sectors including infrastructure, industrials, TMT, technology and natural resources. It offers M&A, project finance, corporate restructuring and other strategic and financial advice. Due to ongoing growth throughout the business, our client is looking to hire exceptional directors to join its team in any of the sectors mentioned. The Directors will be expected to originate and execute transactions across Europe from the very start, and contribute to the brand’s continued growth.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Successful track record in investment banking or private equity
- Extensive relationships and a strong network
- Exceptional ability to originate transactions
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Ideally fluency in a second European language, but this is not a requirement.
