PER is looking to recruit an investment professional to join a well respected UK based small buy-out team. As part of a prestigious PE group, the team is looking to ramp up its activities as the funds under management grow. Since you will have previous small-mid cap buyout experience, you will be given the responsibility to source, execute and monitor small buy-outs throughout the UK. Ideally, you will be ACA qualified and have worked in roles where there was the need for strong modelling skills and due diligence expertise.
To progress to interview stage, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Exposure to three completed small-mid market buy-out transactions in a lead advisor or banking environment
- Experience of working as a corporate financier, transaction services or in a principle investment position
- ACA qualified accountant
- Strong due diligence and financial modelling skills
- Strong written and communication skills
