Recruiter FAQ
Q: How will job applicant online responses
be sent to me?
A: You can choose to either (i) receive CVs from
applicants via e-mail, as Word for Windows attachment(s)
or (ii) forward the applicant to any page on your
own web site to enter their details directly into
your own online jobs database, if you have one.
Q: Can I renew an existing job posting for
an extra month, after my first month's listing
has expired?
A: Yes, although you will need to pay another
£300 per listing to do this.
Q: How long does a site user licence last?
A: Twelve months from the date your username/password
to post jobs into the recruitment system is e-mailed
to you. Please note, any proportion of your volume
licence left unallocated when the licence expires
is not eligible for either refund or rollover
into any subsequent 12 month period. E.g. if you've
purchased a licence to post 30 jobs over the course
of the year, and at end the year you have only
posted 27, the remaining 3 jobs available on your
licence will expire with the licence, with no
pro-rata refund or rollover.
