Unigestion strengthens private equity team with appointment of Winzeler

Swiss asset manager Unigestion has announced its appointment of Rolf Winzeler as marketing director of the private equity team.

Winzeler was a principal of Atlantic-Pacific Capital from 1998 to 2002, working on the placement of private equity and hedge funds.

Unigestion said that the appointment was ‘part of Unigestion's commitment to develop its business of managing institutional private equity exposure and building assets under management in its Unicapital fund of funds'.

Unigestion manages more than E3bn of assets for institutional clients across Europe in private equity, hedge funds, high-yield bonds and multi-manager portfolios.
