UK mid-market firm ISIS Equity Partners has strengthened its team with the appointment of three new people.
Simon Ward has been appointed as assistant director, new investments, in the firm's Birmingham office, and in the London office Daniel Smith is joining as assistant director, new investments and Tim Richardson is to be business development director.
Ward was previously with the Birmingham team of Catalyst Corporate Finance, Smith joins from Royal Bank Development Capital, and Richardson worked on the growth companies team at HSBC Investment Bank.
Mark Advani, who heads up the ISIS new investment team, said he was ‘delighted' to have been able to recruit the three new team members. ‘With these new additions to the team we are well placed to accelerate our investment rate in the months ahead,' he added.
ISIS has offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham and has made over 20 new investments since 2000. The firm recently announced a second close of its third fund with total commitments of £143m. Its final target is £175m.
