UK Coller Capital hires Erwin Roex as investment director22/04/2003. Source: AltAssets. 
Coller Capital, the UK-based global private equity secondaries firm, has recruited Erwin Roex from NIB Capital to become an investment director. Roex will assume responsibility for transaction origination and structuring.
Roex, A Belgian national, founded NIB Capital Private Equity's secondary investment business. He was previously managing director of Alpinvest Mezzanine.
‘We are delighted that Erwin has agreed to join Coller Capital. He joins a truly multinational team, which is one of Coller Capital's sources of strength,' commented the firm's founder and chief executive officer, Jeremy Coller.
‘Erwin commands great respect in the market with his abilities and track record, and the contribution he will make here at this very exciting stage of our growth will be of significant value,' he said.
The London-based firm expanded its global presence recently with the recruitment of Frank Morgan to head up its newly formed New York office.
Coller Capital's latest secondaries fund, Coller International Partners IV, raised $2.6bn and is the largest secondaries fund raised to date.
