US-based Spinel Capital has appointed Dee Osborne and George Williams as executive advisors to the firm.
Osborne is president of Crest Invest Company, a private company that invests in a wide range of business ventures. Williams in managing partner and chief executive officer of Williams Partners, a boutique investment firm that specialises in placing capital in international direct private equity.
‘We are delighted that Dee and George have agreed to work in this capacity,' said Spinel Capital's Troy Tailor. ‘They bring extensive investment and operating experience to our team. Their experiences and contacts will help us identify, assess, improve and profitably exit investments.'
‘We are fortunate to have the strategic guidance of these individuals and they, along with our other executive advisors, will play a major role in our investment process,' Tailor continued.
Spinel Capital is a private investment firm led by Tailor and Grover Jackson. The firm is currently raising a $250m buy-out fund to make control investments in US middle-market companies.
