LBO France recruits Pierre Gallix and Elizabeth O’Reilly

Pierre Gallix is to join Hexagone, the firm’s small cap buy-out fund and Elizabeth O’Reilly has been recruited as head of investor relations and fundraising.

Gallix was previously a strategy consultant with LEK and worked on strategic and commercial audits of LBO and M&A deals. Hexagone is currently in the market to raise E50m to invest in companies with an enterprise value of between E10m and E50m across all sectors.

O’Reilly joins LBO France from Bernard Arnault, a French family office. She previously worked as a senior equities analyst at BNP Paribas and was a member of the European retail team at Credit Suisse First Boston.

LBO France currently operates three private equity funds, all focusing exclusively on the French market. In addition to Hexagone, the firm manages White Knight, which focuses on mid-market LBOs and Nexstar, which focuses on French real estate.
