 US Charles River Ventures has hired George Zachary as venture partner. Zachary joins the firm from Mohr, Davidow Ventures where he served as a general partner.
'George brings a solid track record of successful venture investing along with an impressive operating background, a combination that will be valuable in helping us identify and build the next generation of category-leading companies,' said Bill Tai, a general partner of Charles River Ventures.
Charles River Venture focuses on data communications and enterprise software and services. The firm slashed its $1.2bn Fund XI by 63 per cent to $450m in May 2002.
