 US Baird Ventures has recruited Peter Shagory as a principal. He will help lead the firm's healthcare and life sciences activities.
Shagory joins Baird from Vector Fund Management where he served as vice president. He was previously an investment banker at JP Morgan and worked in the private equity and corporate finance groups at Banc One.
Baird Venture Partners closed its latest fund on $100m in December last year. The firm invests primarily in the areas of applied technology, business services and life sciences.
