She will be working principally on Interregnum's proprietary intellectual property valuation methodology, designed to help companies maximise returns from their R&D programmes and exploit their undervalued IP assets.

Karia joins Interregnum from software firm Treyport where she served as business development manager. She previously worked as a strategy management consultant and business analyst within the UK PricewaterhouseCoopers' strategy consulting practice.

'I am delighted that Bindi has joined us,' said Ken Olisa, chairman and CEO of Interregnum. 'She possesses an excellent balance of strategic consulting skills and strong experience in a sales environment. We believe she will be a great asset to the Interregnum team as we seek to build our advisory services business and consolidate our position as Europe's leading technology merchant bank.'
