UK ISIS Equity Partners has recruited Steven Dunne. He will be responsible for managing the group's private equity investments with a focus on strategy reviews, shareholder value and exit planning and execution.
Dunne was previously with P&O where he was responsible for transaction management and operations review. Prior to this he was with Grenadier Capital, where he was an owner manager having participated in the management buy-out from a larger financial institution. He has also worked with HSBC Investment Bank and Wassall.
'We are delighted to have Steven join ISIS,' said Adam Holloway, who heads up ISIS' portfolio management. 'His extensive and varied experience further strengthens ISIS' role in adding value to the companies we invest in. Steve's appointment demonstrates the importance we attach to portfolio management and generating high returns from exits, such as AIMS Group, blue 8 Technologies, Refresco Holding, Thomas Sanderson and Tricom Group.'
ISIS typically invests between £2m and £30m in UK companies with profits in excess of £1m. The firm focuses on the business and financial services, consumer, healthcare and education, and media and information technology sectors.
