 US private equity firm Prism Capital has recruited Bill Harlan as a partner. Harlan will focus on originating and executing mezzanine investments.
Harlan joins the firm from Golub Associates, a firm which provides subordinated debt, junior secured debt and minority equity capital to middle-market companies. He was previously a principal with CID Equity Partners, specialising in mezzanine and equity capabilities.
'We are thrilled to have Bill join our team,' said Robert Finkel, a managing partner at Prism. 'His experience, track record, reputation and high ethical standards are a great fit with our existing partners.'
