UK mid-market firm Royal London Private Equity recruits Tim Thomas as investment manager

Royal London Private Equity has recruited Tim Thomas as an investment manager. Thomas joins the firm from KPMG Corporate Finance where he served as an associate director in the financial services M&A team.

'During the last year we have looked at over 160 potential deals and we are now well advanced with a number of investments,' said David MacLellan, chief executive of Royal London Private Equity. 'We are delighted that Tim has agreed to join us. His experience in one of our core sectors, financial services, will enhance our mid-market private equity transaction capability.'

Royal London Private Equity invests between £10m and £75m in the financial services, leisure, information technology services and support services sectors.
