Canadian private equity firm, Integrated Partners, is to launch its second fund with a target of C$250m. The fund will invest in the region of C$25m in Canadian and US companies.
The firm's first fund closed on C$54m in 2001 and is now fully invested. Current portfolio companies include Systech, Dove Cleaners and Omega Insurance.
Integrated Partners is led by president and chief executive officer, George Engman, who founded Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Merchant Bank. The firm is a division of Integrated Asset Management Corporation, an alternative investment asset manager with a total of C$1.6bn under management.
