 US mid-market private equity firm, First Atlantic Capital, has recruited Thomas Berglund as a managing director. Berglund will be responsible for managing the firm's existing portfolio companies and developing new investments for the firm. Berglund joins First Atlantic Capital from Jupiter Partners where he served as a partner.

Prior to joining Jupiter Partners, Berglund was a principal at the Invus Group, a private equity firm specialising in food industry investments. He was previously a manager at Boston Consulting Group.
