Kevin Kemmerer leaves US Kennet Venture Partners

Kevin Kemmerer has left his position as a director of US Kennet Venture Partners to become vice president of business development at Safeguard Scientifics.

At Safeguard, Kemmerer will be responsible for identifying and supporting acquisition and investment opportunities in the software applications and information technology services market.

Kemmerer spent three years at Kennet, managing software and technology-enabled services investments. He previously worked for Broadview International, a division of Jefferies & Company, where he co-led the firm's focus on mergers and acquisitions in the software applications market.

Kemmerer has yet to be replaced at Kennet Venture Partners, according to a report by VentureWire.
