 Italian Investitori Associati has closed its fourth private equity fund with E700m of commitments, E100m above its original target.
A total of 58 limited partners invested in the fund, of which 13 committed in excess of E20m, according to a Dow Jones report.
The firm's predecessor fund, Investitori Associati III, closed on E400m in 2000.
