 Asian mezzanine firm MezzAsia Capital has recruited Geoff Lee as a director of investments with responsibility for China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea. Lee joins the firm from HSBC where he served as a director in the investment banking division. He previously worked for Peregrine Capital in Hong Kong.
'His track record and experience will support our growth strategy in North Asia,' said Stephane Delatte, head of MezzAsia's mezzanine financing. 'We are now positioned to increase our presence in Greater China and assist both companies and private equity firms seeking to raise mezzanine capital across the region.'
MezzAsia targets mezzanine investment opportunities in Greater China, India, Japan and Korea and as well as in selected countries in Southeast Asia.
