German venture firm TVM appoints Schroder as entrepreneur in residence

Click here for the latest news, views and interviews in the clean energy investor communityTechno Venture Management, the German venture firm with offices in Munich and Boston, has appointed Dr Christoph Schroder, a biotech specialist, as an entrepreneur in residence and senior advisor.

Most recently, Schroder has been a partner with JSB Partners, a corporate finance boutique focusing on the life sciences industry. He worked on private placements, M&A and licensing transactions on behalf of biotech clients.

Prior to JSB, Schroder worked with BASF Pharma as a member of the executive board with responsibility for corporate marketing and global production/supply chain.

Dr Helmut Schuhsler, managing partner at TVM, said: 'Given his operational expertise paired with his outstanding track record of significant transactions betweem biotech companies and the pharmaceutical industry on both sides of the Atlantic, Chris is an excellent addition to TVM's investment practice.'
