 US secondaries specialist Paul Capital Partners has hired Simon Guenzl and Suzanne Rombeau as investment professionals in its New York and San Francisco offices respectively.
Guenzl joins as a principal with a focus on leading, evaluating and closing secondary private equity transactions. He has 14 years of transactional experience gained from time at the Sprout Group, Lehman Brothers and DLJ. He also spent four years as a lawyer in London and Australia.
Rombeau joins as an analyst and will focus on investment analysis and due diligence. She has worked for several investment firms, including Morgan Stanley, Carey International and NcCown de Leeuw.
Paul Capital was founded in 1991 and now manages more than $4bn across its three core activities; secondary funds, healthcare royalty acquisition funds, and venture capital funds of funds.
