 Inflexion Private Equity has appointed Andrew Mainwaring as assistant director. Mainwaring joins Inflexion from Catalyst Fund Management and Research Ltd where he specialised in private equity investment, particularly the area of financial services.
Prior to Catalyst he was at Smith & Williamson. Mainwaring is a qualified chartered accountant.
His hiring is part of Inflexion's expansion strategy. In September the private equity firm opened a new office in Manchester to accelerate the development and growth of its Northern business. Inflexion invests in buy-outs and development capital transactions in growth markets.
