 Jan Birtwell is joining law firm O'Melveny & Myers as a tax partner in the firm's M&A and private equity practice in London. Birtwell was head of the private equity tax team at Linklaters.
Her career has focused on the tax aspects of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private equity (both funds and transactions) and structured asset and real-estate-based finance.
