European private equity firm Industri Kapital has announced the promotion of seven team members.
Dan Soudry of the French team has been promoted to deputy director, Helena Stjernholm of the Swedish team to deputy director, Rémi Buttiaux of the French team to associate director, Klaus de Vibe of the Danish/Norwegian team to associate director, Kristian Kemppinen of the Finnish team to associate director, Anders Petersson of the German team to associate director and Caspar von Meibom of the German team to associate director.
Industri Kapital chief executive Björn Savén said, 'The promotion of these professionals recognises their strong contribution to IK during this successful year for us, where we have announced three investments and seven realisations so far.'
Dan Soudry joined the firm in 2003. Before that he worked for ABN AMRO Capital in Paris, KPMG Corporate Finance in Paris and Paribas in Paris.
Helena Stjernholm joined the firm in 1998. Between 1996 and 1998, Stjernholm worked for Bain & Company in Stockholm.
Rémi Buttiaux joined Industri Kapital in 2001. Prior to that he worked for Morgan Stanley in London and Paribas Affaires Industrielles in Paris.
Klaus de Vibe worked for Morgan Stanley in London before he joined Industri Kapital in 2002.
Kristian Kemppinen joined the firm in 2001. He previously worked for Mandatum & Co in Helsinki.
Anders Petersson has been with Industri Kapital since 2002. From 1999 to 2002 he worked for JPMorgan in London.
Caspar von Meibom joined Industri Kapital in 2002, prior to which he worked for Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt.
