UK venture capital fund management group Scottish Equity Partners has appointed Gary Le Sueur to the newly established role of director of investment operations. Le Sueur moves from SEP's London office to the head office in Glasgow.
He will be responsible for investor reporting and relations and will play a key role in fund management and future fundraisings.
SEP managing director Calum Paterson said, 'This is an extremely important role within our business as we continue to evolve. Gary has the right combination of skills and experience and I am delighted that he is taking it on. The appointment reflects our commitment to high standards of professionalism and to maintaining the excellent relationships we have built up with our various institutional investors and clients.'
SEP typically invests between £500,000 and £5m in early stage and growing companies, principally in the information technology, healthcare & life sciences and energy related technology sectors.
