Before joining Adveq, Ender had worked for companies including Zurich Reinsurance Company and Arthur Andersen.

Eriksson held several management positions at Finnish ship power supplier Wärtsilä Corporation prior to his recruitment by Adveq in 2004.

With the broad experience they bring, Rainer and Tom complement the existing management team in an excellent way,' said Bruno Raschle, managing director of Adveq Management.

Adveq recently announced the launch of PEEUP III, the firm's seventh fund of funds and the third in the Europe funds series, with a target capitalisation of €325m.
