ANGLE Technology Group launches U.S. Ventures with appointment of MD

UK-based international technology commercialisation firm ANGLE Technology Group has launched its ventures business in the United States with the appointment of industry veteran Robert Kornblum as managing director, U.S. Ventures.

Kornblum will be responsible for building successful companies by identifying and commercialising university and corporate intellectual property.

Gary Evans, CEO of ANGLE's US operations, said, '[Kornblum's] blend of venture capital and operating experience, combined with a very strong network of venture capital contacts, make him the ideal candidate to drive our venture expansion in the US as ANGLE seeks to replicate the success we have had in the United Kingdom.'

Kornblum previously held senior business development and strategy roles at enterprise software developer Manugistics Group; and he was a principal at US technology venture capital firm Austin Ventures.

ANGLE Technology Group is an international venture management and consulting company that partners with the owners of intellectual property to create technology-based businesses.
