 Peter Watt has joined UK lower mid-market buy-out firm ISIS Equity Partners from NBGI Private Equity. He becomes a member of the London new investments team.
At NBGI Private Equity Watt completed a range of successful deals including European executive recruitment firm Walker Hamill, the portable accommodation business Wraith Accommodation and motorhome retailer Brownhills Motorhomes.
Wol Kolade, managing partner of ISIS, said, 'We are delighted that we have been able to attract Peter to the team. With the addition of Peter we now have a team of over 20 investment professionals across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, with the Leeds office due to open this autumn.'
Watt added, 'The team at ISIS is ambitious with a clear investment focus in its target sectors. I look forward to working with them to continue their success investing in attractive opportunities across the UK.'
ISIS recently also recruited Andrew Garside and Neil Bennett in London, Richard Bucknell in Birmingham and Andy Lees in Leeds.
ISIS focuses on business and financial services, consumer markets, healthcare and education, media, and IT. The firm has funds under management of over £500m.
