 European private equity firm Cinven has appointed Magnus Hildingsson, Matthew Sabben-Clare and Sarah Verity to its London team, and Moïse Mitterrand to its Paris team.
Hildingsson joins Cinven from Intermediate Capital Group, where he focused on Nordic investment opportunities. Prior to this he was at Nomura.
Sabben-Clare most recently worked for Merrill Lynch, as a member of their leveraged finance team. Prior to this he worked in the financing team at Schroders.
Verity previously worked for Deloitte, where she was a member of the corporate finance team.
Mitterrand joins Cinven from the Boston Consulting Group. He worked for Goldman Sachs earlier on in his career.

Cinven has offices in London, Paris and Frankfurt.
