Eqvitec establishes new team for cleantech investments06/03/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 Northern European technology-focused venture capital firm Eqvitec Partners has established a new team for investment opportunities in the cleantech segment.
The new cleantech team is comprised of three professionals. Its aim is to find two new investment opportunities in its segment per year.
Eqvitec was founded in 1997 and employs 16 investment professionals in Helsinki and Stockholm.
The firm currently advises five funds with a total capital base of €440m. Its funds invest mainly in early and growth phase technology companies.
