Richard Hepper joins Oxford Capital Partners as finance director07/03/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 Oxford, UK-based science and technology-focused venture capital firm Oxford Capital Partners has recruited Richard Hepper as finance director. He was previously finance director for Enterprise Ventures, a specialist early stage venture capital investor.
Prior to Enterprise Ventures, he was at 3i and Arthur D Little.
'We are delighted to welcome Richard to the team' said Oxford Capital Partners chief executive Edward Mott. 'He joins with a strong operational track record within the technology sector, which will strengthen further our growing team.'
Oxford Capital Partners is a science and technology venture capital firm with experience in investing in companies from an early stage through to IPO and focuses on assisting companies with their international expansion. The firm manages a series of four Oxford Gateway Funds and oversees a portfolio of about 25 companies.
Recently Oxford Capital Partners launched its fourth venture capital fund, the Oxford Gateway Fund No.4, with a target size of £20m. The investment strategy will focus mainly on unquoted science-based businesses in the central and southern UK regions.
