Amanda Capital closes fund of funds for Eastern Europe on €110m29/05/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 Helsinki-based Amanda Capital has closed its latest fund of funds, Amanda III Eastern Private Equity, on €110m. The fund had an original target of €100m. A total of 36 domestic and international investors have committed to the new fund.
Amanda III invests in companies in Russia and Eastern Europe through local private equity funds. The fund has already committed a total of €33m to four private equity funds.
Amanda III is one of five funds of funds managed by Amanda Group.
Amanda Group has made investments in more than 100 private equity funds in Europe, the US, Asia and Russia.
