Headway hires Francois Bernardeau, Julian Asquith11/06/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 London-based private equity secondaries specialist Headway Capital has appointed Francois Bernardeau as senior advisor and Julian Asquith as CFO ahead of its planned fundraising for Headway Investment Partners II.
Prior to joining Headway, Bernardeau was the president and CEO for Natexis Private Equity Opportunities, the private equity secondaries business of Natexis Private Equity, part of French bank Natixis.
Asquith was previously fund controller at Babcock & Brown. Prior to that, he was director of private equity fund administration at CVC Capital Partners.
Laura Shen, a partner at Headway, commented, 'We are delighted to have Francois and Julian join our team. They each have significant industry experience and will provide valuable support as we continue to build our business and raise our second fund.'
Headway closed its debut secondaries fund on €52m in June 2005 and is planning to launch a second fund later this year.
