C Kenneth Ewell joins WMG

Ewell brings a track record in the development and implementation of business and operational strategies in telecommunications and other technology-oriented industries.

Ewell joins Waterstone from IBM where he was an executive in IBM Global Services since 2001. Most recently, Ewell was the IBM global relationship partner for the new AT&T, responsible for managing IBM's consulting services relationship with this strategic account. Ewell joined IBM through the acquisition of Mainspring Corporation.

Waterstone provides advisory services to technology leaders, equity investors and emerging ventures.

WMG Capital is the private investing arm of Waterstone. Investments are focused in the areas of information technology and related services and include growth equity, buy-outs, public to private transactions, and corporate spinouts.
