MDV adds Steve Brown as entrepreneur-in-residence23/07/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 Steve Brown has joined early stage Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures as an entrepreneur-in-residence. Brown will work with the firm to pursue opportunities that apply internet technologies and services with the aim to empower consumers and to encourage healthier lifestyles.
Prior to MDV, Brown was the CEO of Health Hero Network, and before that, he conducted research in behaviour modification media and led a business that developed multi-player role-playing video games to improve health behaviour in children.
MDV is specifically focused on life sciences companies with products that are on track to go to market inside of three to five years.
The firm has $1.4bn under management.
