GMT appoints Natalie Tydeman as industry advisor17/10/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 European communications sector-focused private equity group GMT Communications Partners has appointed Natalie Tydeman as an industry advisor to its investment team. Tydeman's new role will include deal origination, exit and portfolio company management.
Tydeman brings ten years of experience in the digital and traditional media. She joins GMT from Fremantle Media where she was senior vice president of business diversification. While at Fremantle, she led the sourcing and development of several new business ventures, through start-ups, joint ventures and acquisitions.
Previously, she worked as managing director of online and interactive at Fox Kids Europe for three years. Prior to Fox, she was director of business development at Discovery Communications Europe and was part of the start-up team for Excite Europe.
