Mark Neumann joins Nobska Ventures31/10/2007. Source: AltAssets. 
 Early stage venture capital firm Nobska Ventures has appointed Mark Neumann as an investor and member of the general partner of the Nobska Venture Partners I fund. Neumann will serve as a venture partner of the fund, focusing on investments in Israel and the US Mid-Atlantic regions.
From 2000 until joining the Nobska Ventures team, Neumann served as CEO of 510 Ventures, a privately-owned investment company which invests in and operates a variety of businesses and real estate projects.
Prior to that, Neumann was president and co-founder of Special Counsel, a legal staffing company, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Modis Professional Services.
Investors in Nobska Ventures include entrepreneurs, families, institutions and major corporations with strategic interests in Nobska's investment focus areas: advanced information and communications technologies for enterprise management and security, defence intelligence and electronics, homeland security and healthcare.
