Italian private equity firm BS Private Equity and Centrobanca have agreed to sell 100 per cent of European plastic films supplier Radici Film to Dubai-headquartered Taghleef Industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but sources close to the deal said the deal was worth around €200m. BS Private Equity and Centrobanca expect to make about two times their money.
